To make it as easy and pain-free as possible to acquire a new work of art, I offer a refund policy for paintings bought direct from this site. If your painting arrives and is not what you expected, get in touch right away (email [email protected]) and I will work with you to rectify the situation, up to and including accepting the painting back for a full refund. (Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. )
If your painting arrives bent or damaged be sure to get in touch right away so that I can work with you to fix it, up to and including replacing the piece.
